March 04 2007 - OK, let's try that again.
After some unexpected downtime *hiccup*, here we are again....
At least it gave me some much-needed time to improve my code a bit (cleaned up some messy stuff, tweaked some stuff, hopefully made the whole lot a bit more secure).
What happened? I had an arrangement with my webhosts, Jumba, that came to a nasty end when they unceremoniously deleted my entire account without warning. Wasn't very nice of them. Luckily I had a backup copy of most of my website, and the rest I could recreate without too much effort.
And after lengthy (read: me opening my wallet) negotiations, we're back online again. Always a good thing.
On the downside of this, all the nice comments left places are gone, as that was the only database part I *didn't* have backed up. So we'll have to start from scratch. Oh well.

| Ugh! That bites. Why did they pull such a ridiculous stunt? I had the same thing happen to me, but it was due to me being stupid with website settings >_>. So I lost my comments, but then again there's too much spam build up there anyway. I've removed comments from my site now. | |
